pc restarts a few minutes after shutdown.

    I shut my pc down, lights go out, fans stop, within a few minutes it restarts by itself. It will not do this if I unplug it from the router. My virus scans say pc is clean but why does it only restart if connected to the internet? My Hijack log follows:
