Just found your fab site and wondered if you guys could help me? I've just entered the world of burning DVDs but recently my PC has been shutting down and rebooting for no good reason - usually when during a DVD in Nero. I've done all the usual AV and malware scans, etc. and my system seems clean so I'm not sure what's going on.
I realise this isn't the forum for posting HijackThis! logs so won't here but if you could suggest any steps I should take I'd be very greatful...
now when it crashes - it willnot restart and the blue screen should stay on the screen post the info on the screen
it will give the errorcodes and a filename, if caused by a driver.

If it still "restarts" (actually shuts off suddenly and then does a cold boot) after you do what ETAF said you probably have a failing power supply. Or a bad memory location or overheating.
Yes those are normal temps...however do they change much when burning?
Try a stress test on it and watch the temps during it: http://sp2004.fre3.com/
