Has anyone heard of PC Speed Maximizer? And, if so, is it any good?

I don't know whether its the same one as you mentioned?

 

We do not reccommend you use these type of Optimizing programs or Regsitry cleaners- they do not do what they claim in many cases, and can often cause you further problems.

That is our advice, regardless of which program you were asking about....there just are not any that we can reccommend.

The only cleaning type utility we do support using, is a temp file cleaner- here is one: ATFCleaner

I have had my computer for only one year, it runs so slow now. I am looking for some methods to make it fast. Thanks for your information guys.

Stay away from all-in-one junk such as this. And watch out for peopole who think blogspot is a good place to search for answers.

 

CCleaner is a good tool to use

 

Yeah, I don't use registry cleaners. I learned that the hard way a few years ago. I clean it myself
