pc that doesn't start...

    Hi,

    For some unknown reasons my pc didnt switch on a few hours ago. I had to switch it off by unplugging it cause it got stuck.
    Then after a few hours, when I tried to switch it on again, it went to the BIOS and I got a message about the frequency being wrong for my pc settings.
    The frequency was a range from 5x to 12.5x and my pc was about 11x

    What does this mean?
    These are some infos about my PC:

    Go into BIOS and select the settings at default or optimum. Save and Exit.
