I'm trying to increase the volume on my PC, specifically the windows media player. I've gone into the volume settings and put it to full, but I still have slightly low sound. The sound card I have is on board my P4s-333 mobo so I'm wondering if anyone knows how to pump it up a little more.
Thanks

Hi there!

Media player as well as most other progies like it have thier own volume controls in the app. try using that one and it should fix you right up!

Good Luck!

Do you mean the volume control on the front of MP?
That's the thing, even that is up all the way.
Maybe it's the file itself. Bummer.

Hiya

Rightclick the speaker icon near the clock and choose Open Volume Controls

Options | Properties. Make sure all the boxes are ticked, OK

Then, make sure that none are muted, and raise the sliders. Also, make sure that they are all balenced.

Regards
