PC will not boot with more than one RAM installed

    A few months ago I bought and installed a new processor.

    I tried installing new RAM 2x8gb but my computer will not boot with more than one installed.

    I tried every port, every configuration. I even tried going back to the old 2x4gb RAM config. Nothing works the only way the computer will boot is with one RAM installed. In any slot
