PC will not Post or show anything on the monitor. On my diagnostic cord It gives me two error codes after the FF code.
    The are

C0 Try to boot with INT 19

    and

C1 Initialize POST Error Manager (PEM)

    I don't have a clue what I'm looking at.
I have spent some money buying parts to replace, but still nothings changed.
I have took out the battery, and moved the CMOS jumper, but no change.

    Parts replaced.

    Motherboard
    CPU
    Video Card
    Power Supply

Maybe the battery is to week to reset the CMOS
I can't get into the BIOS to do anything

    Any help is greatly needed.

    what are you running
    video card brand and model
    cpu
    m/board
    ram
    power supply
    brand
    model
    wattage

check the listings in the bios for 12v line voltages and temperatures and post them

unplug the drives and see if the post screens come up
