I bought a cheaper pc from a guy off an app called Letgo for my sister who is homeschooled. When I first got it it had issues so I had taken everything out put it back in and ran malware bytes now it's doing it again except it was beeping now 6 beeps. So we took everything apart again and now it's just coming on all the fans are coming in loud and it just turns off now

Your post has little information in which to assist
6 beeps on power on usually means Video card failure
However that is not definite and to provide a definite answer we ned to know the make and full model of the computer.
    You say
but you do not say what these issues were.

If it was not then 6 beeps you may presume you have either damaged a apart in your dismantling or replacement OR it is not correctly inserted.
This would appear to be the cause as you then progress to
of course this very much depends on what the issues were when you received the computer
The latter issue MAYBE overheat - or again a bad connection. Did your dismantling include the CPU

As I said - earlier in my reply a LOT more detail is needed
