I have e-machines desktop PC and have a Lexmark X4270 all-in-one printer and a cannon printer hooked to my computer My computer will not recognize the Lexmark printer anymore. I once did and I didn't like the printing results as much as the cannon printer, so I didn't use the Lexmark much. And I don't know why I can not use it anymore. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and still it won't work. Whenever I remove the USB plug and plug it back in, at the right bottom of my screen, a box pops up and says USB Device Not Recognized. I have plugged the cord into other USB ports and I have also tried a different cord and it still says the same thing.
I have contacted Norton thinking it wouldnt let me receive it, but they couldn't get it to work either. I've contacted Lexmark and they too uninstalled and installed and tried what they could to get my PC to accept it and to no avail. I don't know what I am doing wrong?
    Your help is appreciated,
    thanx
