So short story: I wanted a new case. Replaced everything. It worked but I reattached some wires for cable management. So what happend when I put power in while the psu button was of. The lights and pc started flickering and doing weird so I put the psu cable out. Now I checked everything and now when I put in the cable, nothing happens.

What is probably the issue and what can I do?

Sounds like the stand offs are in the wrong place shorting something under the board.

    Could it be defect hardware?

Are you trying to say it came on when you plugged it in? If so your power button wires may not be hooked up right. Pull the board up and make sure there are not any extra stand offs under the board where there are no holes.

OK. so next. I am the dumbest pc builder ever. I put power switch and the other small cables in jcom instead of jfp1. Now it works again. I am really dumb.

Well hopefully you learn from the experience. Everyone makes mistakes; a smart person learns from their mistakes.
