PcAnywhere on NT

Hi
I installed PcAnywhere 9.2 on WIndows NT 4.0 SP6a.
Installation was successful after rebooting the box i tried to change the network properties of Pcanywhere from SPX (Default) to TCP/IP it gives an error as "you don't have rights to modify the file" where as i installed as an administrator and logged in as an administrator only .What could be the issue?
Please help
