    1451122678423-1453242753.jpg 1451122745733-2031007397.jpg So I think I'm mentally challenged because I am installing a new graphics card in my Gateway DX4860-UB33P and I cant figure out how to remove this damned slot.

    Physical abuse!
    I think it is just held in by tiny spot welds each side. Make sure you leave it safe as those are the cause of many, many bloody fingers.
    I file them down after removal, but you do need to watch where the filings go.
