Hello Hewee,
Thank you for your help; you are right it is an image, I had already explored Google Translator; I was thinking on the lines of someone who subscribes to Adobe could open it and do the necessary, what do you think?

I have PDF-XChange Viewer.
http://www.tracker-software.com/product/pdf-xchange-viewer

It will covert what it can to text but works best when you got a image of text from a book. When text is mixed up like in that pdf it does not get much right and I tried last night. Took long time to convert and so much was wrong.

So it not so much with trouble Translator but getting image to text is the hard part.

PDF-XChange Viewer is free so try it to see what I mean. Get the MSI Network Installer because it does not have any 3rd party junk added on. Your need to install it from an Admin account.

Not free but you can try the Pro version.
http://www.tracker-software.com/product/pdf-xchange-pro/

Re-engineered with a faster, highly optimized conversion engine (NEW)
Improved image conversion (NEW)
Improved image text character conversion (NEW)

So may do better but look at the image you want to convert it's not like a book so it will really goof things up. Your know what I mean if you convert it and then copy and paste any thing.

But maybe others like Adobe will work better.

Hello Hewee,

I really appreciate all your effort that you have undertook; thank you!

I conclude with you that the results are likely to have errors/mistakes which could mislead; be unhelpful, it is important that the conversion conveys correct information as it is a service document!

These Philips speakers were made in Belgium some 30 years ago, yet the forum is well versed with this product, in the Netherlands/Holland.

I asked one of the high rankers if this was available in English, no.

I will do some more asking to see if there is an English version.

Are sites you got to pay or sign up.

Is this what you have?
Philips AH587
http://www.hifiengine.com/manual_library/philips/ah587.shtml

All downloads are provided free of charge for personal, non commercial use but you need to sign up.

Easy search too. http://www.hifiengine.com/database/hifi_database.php
I did not find your from a search on 22AH587 or AH587 so left model blank and got this page and there was AH587
http://www.hifiengine.com/database/hifi_database.php?model_type=speaker&make=Philips&mdl=

Also you can make Requests

Also best to look for a .pdf manual on just about anything that would have one NOW so your have it on other things you got because so many things after a year or so you can't find it even if you went right to who made it webs site. Don't know why when it takes little space to keep the .pdf manual.
So anything I try to remember to download a .pdf manual now right after I get something to be on the safe side.
