Everytime I try to download from the Adobe reader site I get an error. I have Windows XP and I went to Control panle to delete previous readers thinking that would help. I was able to delete version 9.2 but it still shows version 7.08 and when I try to delete it I get an error the the installation source cannot be found.

I searched my computer for anything with Adobe Reader and deleted it. But I still cannot dowload the reader and I use it every day. Help!

You can't download or you can't install it? Those are two different operations.
What is the exact error you get when trying to uninstall Adobe Reader 7.08?

Randomly deleting files is the worst thing you can do since now it's unlikely you'll be able to uninstall or reinstall. The best you can do is look for help on the error you get when trying to install the latest version, assuming you can download the install file.

I rebooted and it worked. I should have done that before I sent the message. IT IS FIXED!
