PDF to doc/docx/rtf

Hi,
Just wondering is there a program (command line preferred) that you can convert PDF files to word?

I've been searching for a couple of hours and haven't been able to find anything.. I'm wanting to set it up to operate through our Intranet.. so if its command-line I can trigger it using php of an internal openSUSE linux server.. Or if someone knows of a self-hosted web application that would be even better..
