I am on Virgin Media, adn they cap FTP and P2P netowrk traffic, however HTTP isn't capped.

Is there any way to transfer a large file [500mb] between two computers [direct physical is not possible as they are in different countries] over HTTP instead of FTP?

Is there a utility out there for doing this?

I stress it must travel as HTTP traffic.
