Just got myself a pen drive, went to format it to get rid of the existing data and I notices it is only FAT32 no choice for NTFS wonder if this matters at all?

The make is Kingston 2gb and they dont make this model any longer, that's how it was cheap. Seems to work ok on my pc and laptop which are both NTFS.

thx...rob

As far as I know you can't use NTFS on a pen drive. NTFS can only be used on hard disks in fairly recent versions of windows so if you used it on a pen drive (which microsoft prevent you from doing) it would not work on windows 9x, Apples or Linux.
