hardware:
CPU: ryzen-3-3200g-mpk-processor-3-6-ghz
GPU: none
RAM: 8 GB
1 HDD : WD Black
OS: win 10

I have a very limited budget, so I need to ask: if I would get an additional SSD, to install win 10 on instead of the WD black, would i get significant performance increase in gaming?

It would speed up boot times but overall performance depends on a couple of other things.

Whether or not your RAM is a single 8GB stick or two Xs 4GB sticks, single channel is 50% slower than the dual channel you get with two 4GB sticks.

The intended use of the computer, not having a discrete GPU means that gaming or watching videos would not be improved.

This is the performance rating for the processor(CPU) in your computer.
It has a decent performance rating for normal use, but it's not designed for modern gaming.

Your computer also has integrated graphics and only 8 GB of RAM and a hard disk drive(HDD).
Those 3 issues will also contribute to poor gaming performance.
