With the public folders listed at the botton of the Outlook 2000 folder list, we have a folder for all our company 401k announcements. Everyone is able to access the shortcuts our HR president emails to us, except one person. It states that he does not have permission to view it. I checked the Active User Directory on our Exchange server, and his permissions are set the same as the average user who can view the folder. I also went into the properites for the folder, and I cannot find anywhere where you can change settings except under the Summary tab - there is no specific security settings like a normal folder. There are other posts from earlier in the year in there that he can view, which makes it even more odd. Can anyone give me some direction to go in, because I am lost.
