When i came in to the office today I had to reboot my laptop. Once rebooted all of my personal settings have gone back to default. Some of my software is no longer there as well. No desktop shortcuts. Any clue why???? Can I restore to Friday?

    Thanks

System Restore is your best bet. The profile may have gotten corrupted somehow.

Is this by design? Did you talk to the IT department? Were changes made to the system? Someone else use it?

No one was working on or changing anything on my pc. I did however do the system restore. Worked great! Thanks to both of you!
