This file seems to be in my recycle bin but it is not visible and I am not hiding system files. Any ideas on where to find it and how to delete it?

What are you doing that's causing your computer to generate this error message?

Rebooting first before deleting a file that resists being deleted sometimes helps.

Just trying to empty the recycle bin. Reboots have not worked.
