My niece got a Phillips Blu-Ray player MODEL #HTS3541/F7 for Christmas. She hooked it up successfully but when she tries to access the WiFi it won't connect. She contacted Verizon. She has a Verizon Hot Spot MIFI22000TA and asked them about it. They first said the hot spot wasn't close enough but she had it sitting on top of the player. Then they said it was a Phillips issue. She called Phillips tech support and they said it was a Verizon issue.

Now it's my issue (I'm the family tech guy).

Has anyone else had issues with connecting the Phillips Blu Ray player to WiFi and how did you resolve them? Anything may help us work this out.

Thanks in advance. Have a Happy New Year.
