    Got a Phillips GoGear Mix SA3MXX04BW/37 MP3 Player. Computer USB will not recognize it. Phillips Tech Support says the problem is with my machine. The player does work on a newer model computer. How can I (if possible) get it to read on my Machine?

    whats the windows version on the 2nd machine ?

    It works on 2nd machine it has windows 7.
