Photo will not go away

    1.I clicked a photo to put it on the desktop, now I cant get rid of it.
    I went to display at desktop but its not there.

    2.Those other picture that are in the display properties(Desktop),I never put them in there so how can I get rid of those too.

    Some of the pictures that appear in Display Properties > Desktop are included in Windows. Others are probably from your C:\Documents and Settings\Username\My Documents\My Pictures folder. You can't get rid of them without moving them elsewhere, or editing the registry.

    the pictures are simple default display pictures . so they are there for you to choose from . now you can click on the browse button on the display property winwo and choose a photo you would like to be visible on your desktop .

    Ok so how do i move this picture on the desktop elsewhere?

    Drag it to a different folder in Explorer.

    You may have it as web content. Go to Display Properties > Desktop tab > Customize Desktop button > Web tab. Delete all items you didn't put there or don't want.
