Hi, i have a recent problem with my PS CS5.
First of all i tried to edit an image, i went File>Open (Ctrl+O), i found my image thumbnail but photoshop wasnt loading the image to the canvas... i tried other image and again the same problem. I opened and closed PS many times and i was keep trying to open an image and i finally did. Now, when i was using the tools to edit it, for example use the brush, i was drawing a line and when i was leaving my mouse's left-click so this action (line) would be in my image, it was going back like i was pressing Ctrl+Z (but i wanst)... To make an action (draw or something) i needed to do it a lot of times because it wasnt 'saving' any action... Same for the "save image"... i needed to click "save as..." more than 10 times to save my image because it couldnt... And i still got these problems with photoshop thats why i need your help. Whats happing and what i have to do? my OS is Win7 x64 SP1

My first suggestion when having software issues (when everything else is working normally), is to uninstall the app, reboot, and reinstall (and apply any patches/updates).

Just ensure you have the disc and key before you uninstall.

Before I'd reinstall Photoshop , I'd try resetting Photoshop's preferences first
How to reset Photoshop preferences (In Windows):
First, hold down all three Ctrl+Alt+Shift buttons
Now "while keeping those button held," simply open Photoshop or a file that opens with Photoshop
As Photoshop loads, you should get a prompt asking if you would like to "delete the Photoshop settings file", Click yes
