I use Photoshop Elements 5 with Windows XP have 2GB RAM.
I use the Organizer part of the PE5 to view all my pictures. Lately when I edit a picture I get the message "There was a problem accessing the Organizer catalog. It may be in use by another process or disk error occurred."
When I check my folder the edited picture was saved but it does not show in the Organizer.
It thought perhaps it was the size of the file but it does this even if the edited picture file is 800kb.
