pic. upload

why wont my picture upload? i get the error message that says its too big,it can only be 430x430 pixels i think,but mine is like 300 something by 405,and im not a real wide person so it cant be that im fooling the computer and it thinks im bigger,lol

yes it is a jpg,and its 258x404,i just tried again,it wont work! am i that ugly?????????? any other suggestions???

Photo Upload Information says...

Please limit the size to no more than 250000 bytes and try to stay within 400 pixles wide and 400 pixels high. Also, you can only upload JPG files.

So is it 250000 bytes or less?

It used to say 430x430 pixels but was changed to 400x400 so you very very close to that so the only other thing is being 250000 bytes or less.
