Pics on sites not loading

Hi,

I re-installed WIN98se yesterday and updated DirectX from 6.0 to 8.0 today... On this site everything looks fine etc... But when I go to E-Bay or one of my banking sites I cannot view pics... All I see are empty boxes with the little red "x" in the middle. Im confused on how some sites look and act fine and a select few dont. I also have IE6 with 128 encryption... Any suggestions?

Go to internet options, Advanced tab and under multimedia make sure you have a check in show pictures.

I did what you recommended. it was already checked. Im still confused...
