According to your system specs(if this is the problem computer) , you only have 447mb of ram available. You may be running low on ram, especially if you have alot of other stuff running while you`re trying to watch the videos. Press : CTRL>ALT>DEL to bring up task manager. Click on : PERFORMANCE , in the bottom right look at PHYSICAL MEMORY> total and available. Now try to watch a video and look at the memory again and post the results for us.

Your memory load is running close to 90%. You can trim down the startup load by turning off non essential programs and services to keep them from running at startup. If your antivirus runs a scan on startup, you can change that and run a manual scan once a week, or everyday if you wish, after you`ve done everything else you want. They dont neccessarily need to scan on startup. Upgrading your memory to at least 1gb would be a plus. 256mb is considered bare minimum for an XP installation BEFORE adding any other programs or updates, 512mb is marginal.

There are some guru`s here on trimming down the startup load and getting a system to perform better.
    Download HIJACKTHIS 2.02 from here:
    http://download.cnet.com/Trend-Micro-HijackThis/3000-8022_4-10781312.html
Save it to the desktop, open the program and select : MAIN MENU
Select: DO A SYSTEM SCAN AND SAVE A LOG FILE
When the scan finishes(only takes a few seconds) it will open in NOTEPAD.
Copy and paste the entire log in your next post, make sure you have WORDWRAP selected in notepad.
    DO NOT FIX ANYTHING
One of the experts can then look at whats running on your system and advise you on how to trim it down and speed it up a little till you can get some more memory, if possible.

Yes, now if you will click on the report button at the bottom of your post and ask for someone to look at your log they`ll get to you as soon as they can, they stay pretty busy.
