Yesterday I uninstalled avast through my control panel program remove. I'm not sure if it's related, but ever since then I can't open pictures and gifs properly. And gifs loop the first 0.5sec of the gif rather than the whole thing, and become super pixellated so I can't see anything. The pictures can show multiple different types of problems, with some loading the top 1/6th of the pic and the rest not loading at all. I wanted to add examples but for some reason uploading a picture was taking way too long. Just a note: this problem happens with both chrome and IE (don't have mozilla so haven't tried yet). Has anybody encountered this problem before and knows how to fix it? Do you know if it's related to Avast or not?
    Thanks in advance!
