Hi,

Im stuck on a monitor plug.
How do i find the connections?
The pin-outs as they are sometimes called?

I have the right plug, its a 'D plug' 9 pin.
And i have a suitable lead, with a plug on
it already at the desktop end.

I have to join the plug onto the lead,
at the monitor end.

So i need the pin-outs, or some
way to tell where to put the wires.

I looked at the other forums,
Hardware seemed the right one,
I hope someone knows where to look.
The monitor is a Samsung Model No .:CQA4147L

Cheers, John

I have found that its possible to buy a
lead to extend the distance to your
monitor with the very fitting on
that i want to fit. Those leads
are about 8 feet long. I only
want about a foot or so for
my desktop. So the fitting
is apparently a normal one.

How can i find the pin-outs?

Cheers, John
