I can't seem to figure our how to sort different Pivot table columns. I only seem to be able to sort the first column and none of the others. I've attahced an example and wondered if someone could walk me through sorting of a column such as Percentage and/or the 3rd column of values. I have no problem sorting by names.

    Thanks!!

Try moving the Percentage field to the Values area (see attached screen shot). Then you should be able to sort by either of the two right columns using the regular Sort & Filter choice under the Home section. Hope that helps.

P.S. This is my first try at responding to a question - I may have done something wrong in the submitting mechanism - apologies if I did.
