On the Int. Explorer, I want to get that Icon whereby I
can turn on, View by tiles, icons, and most important of all,
details. Can someone tell me how to get this Icon on
the IE bar. What is there now is Back,Forward, Home, Search
    Favorites etc......

Are you sure you don't mean Windows Explorer?

What exactly are you going to view by "tiles", icons, and details in Internet Explorer?

You're talking about changing the way in which you can view files (to see their size, created on date, etc.)

Either way, just right-click anywhere on the gray bar, and choose customize. Then highlight "Views" in the left-hand window, and click on the Add button. Then click OK. That should add the button to your toolbar.
