playing dvds?

    what do i need 2 download so i can play dvds on my pc im running windows xp pro and windows media player and is there a site that ya can download everything for free?

    i have put them in my drive and opened media player but ya cannot find the dvd 2 play

    Everything should just start up automatically,you shouldnt need to do anything,can I ask are these shop bought dvd's or copies ? because you might have problems with copies .....

    there from the shop also why do i have 2 download another player why wont windows media play itr

    You dont haved to do anything you dont want to,you did ask if there was a site that you can download for free,thats why I posted it,I dont know why media player wont work for you, maybe you should go to Windows update site and check if you have all the updates for media player .....
