Let me quote some things from your thread that you posted.

I deleted a component that I need to do things such as go on the internet and go on msn messager and use a few other programs but those are the two main things I've noticed.
I forgot to metion, I'm using firefox and not internet explorer because my computer is so messed up and this is the only thing that works.
I guess I'm not going to get the help I need here. Anyway, I doubt norton has anything to do with my msn and my internet explorer not working. I guess I am going to search elsewhere for help since the people here seem to know nothing about problems like this. It's really bad because they charge money to help you with microsoft and I am not willing to pay money.
No, I am having trouble downloading things because a component for my windows is missing and I really need it because I can't even download things without it.
I don't know what I deleted but I do know it's for both windows 98 internet explorer and msn messager. It's not still in the recycle bin, I always think things take up room on my computer so I always make sure to empty the recycle bin.
You screwed up an old computer that you bought on e-bay and don't have the CD for by deleting some files and came here for help. Then you never followed through with the thread. You've got some nerve making this accusation!

I find after reading all he wrote about his broke pc before he even got on this website and then saying we never helped him fix it ..and find all his lost stuff that he himself deleated or threw away that it is the fault of us..... the crew here is alot better than what you are saying ..... Sorry about your own mistakes you made and not asking for help first before you deleated half the wrong stuff..........I stand behind the great task force here and we are really lucky even to get there FREE help....at $45.00 an hour to a help line on the phone............I stand behind the great crew here......... :D

The thread starter belongs in civilized debate as he / she seems to want to find fault or blame everyone but him-herself. I confess.....he did it!
