Been having trouble with my computer (viruses, spyware, etc) and was wondering if you can find anything. Also...don't know if you can tell me this or not, but my Microsoft Window Update Icon is stuck. It has been down by the clock for the past 3 days and when hovering my mouse over it, it says "DOWNLOADING 0%". I try to right click on the icon to close it and it does nothing. I try to double click it to open it and it does nothing. I tried to find it in the startup area (can't think of the right term) and I can't find it in there. HELP!!

    Here is the log too...
