Please Explain HighJack This?

    Dumb Question! I know..... Easy Answer.....What is Highjack This?

    Where do the files go when they are checked off?

    Can you get the files back if your computer is not working like it is suppose to?

    I am a beginner and really curious to know before I start deleting things that I have no idea what the files do.

    Are most of the files that are Highjacked Ad Wares and Spy Wares? No, I do not plan on deleting anything from my files unless it is information from the Tech Support Guys, because I have nooooooooooooooooo idea what these files mean.

    If you are having a problem you need to post your log here for someone to help you with.

    No, everything HJT shows is not adware/spyware. Most of what it shows is not.

    DO NOT try removing entries with HJT on your own.
