    Hi folks,

I'm writing to you because this forum has been so much help to me in the past, and I could really do with it again!

I'm experiencing a BSoD every time my dedicated graphics card is being asked to do its job (specs in signature). Only a few weeks ago, everything was working fine but now, whenever my laptop wakes up or switches to dedicated graphics to play a game or something, I get the following BSoD:

I have searched for the error code and carried out numerous suggested techniques but none of the following have worked:

    • Clean reinstall of video drivers
    • As above, then copying and expanding atikmpag.sy_ from two separate locations to System32/drivers
    • Virus, malware, rootkit scans (no threats found)
I am happy to try any of these again under your advice though. I have also tried system restores (Windows couldn't find restore files, even with anti virus off) and have updated Windows as far as possible, but the next updates crash my machine (another problem to whichI couldn't find a solution) so I rolled back.

During my attempts to fix things, I also got the following BSoD, but I couldn't find any consistency behind why this displayed:

If anyone could help, I'd be incredibly grateful, as I can't afford a new machine!
