Please Help!!! Ehttp.cc problems!

Please Help...
I am computer illiterate, except for using word and internet...
I use windows XP, and my internet has not been working correctly.
The home page never comes up correctly--I continue to change it back to my intended home page but it loads as an error page with (64%3%22%...etc.) stuff instead
Additionally,
Many times, pages won't load because they come up as ehttp.cc? and then the site rather than just the site
I have read other posts on here and have downloaded and used Spybot many times. However, the problem continues, everytime I use the net. Can anybody help me? What is going on with my computer?
Need Help, I'm a moron when it comes to these things!

Run the program and let it do it's thing. Make sure to click on "Fix" and not scan only.
