please help lost windows software

    hey
    i need some help, i was clearing out some unused programs on add/remove programs and now i cant get any of the games (i.e solitaire, spider solitare, pinball etc) and also my sound for media player has gone its playing a song but with no sound. also i havent got a shortcut or cant get on the internet apart from going through msn messanger live!
    please help others use this computer and need this all back!

    how do i do that? will that get things back. i can just remember unticking boxes because i wanted to remove the original msn because i has msn live and all these things dissapeared!

    how do i do a system restore?

    Try xp repair installation...just place your OS disc and choose repair it will give you the option to install the missing games you wanted and install the missing sound card driver.
