    Alrighty, I need serious help. I am not good with fixing computers (only using them ha-ha)
    My mother used to work for a man that fixed them and she quit...or something...and she actually made a computer for me to use. Nice screen, cool tower etc.
    It worked fine until some msg popped up. A stop msg making my screen blue. Well I began using the computer a different way...Using it at the last known perfect state.
    Then I got a msg saying in full;
    " lsass.exe Entry Point Not Found. The Procedure entry point SamIQueryServerPole could not be located in the dynamic link library SAMSRV.dll. "
    I am going insane! It has been years since my mother first made the darn thing and knows nothing of how to fix it. The computer guy who "said" he fixed it, DID NOTHING! The same msg pops up continuesly when I start up or restart my computer. Even in safe mode I can do nothing to fix this!! The same msg pops up on a black screen. I have no CD or Disk to place in and repair this computer, I cannot download a thing on my mothers new laptop and I have no "super genius" computer friends. Can anyone on this site help me? Please?!:( :( :(
