Scan with HijackThis, put a checkmark at and "Fix checked" the following entries. Close all windows except HijackThis before fixing.

    Thank you for your help...
Do I want to keep Hijackthis on my computer after I have "fixed" those entries?

Well until HijackThis is updated to a new version, a good piece of advice I got here was to keep a copy of a HT log that you know to be a clean one. Then if you are wondering if something has added itself to your pc in future, simply run HT again and compare the logs. Anything different will invariably be suspicious, and can be verified by one of the folks on here for you.
