My friend and I was trying to download the computer game "The Sims" when this window popped up that says at the top 16 bit Windows Subsystem..then it says C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT. The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows application. Choose 'Closed' to terminate the application.

Could somebody please help us?? we dont' know jack about computers. All we want to do is play our game :(
    Thanks.
