This one needs to fixed as well:

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {f760cb9e-c60f-4a89-890e-fae8b849493e} - C:\WINDOWS\MADISE.DLL

Also, FYI, Merijn's CWShredder will not only get rid of all that Fastwebfinder.com thrash, but it will also automatically nuke Iedll.exe and Loader.exe for you.

Cheers,

Tony, hey, welcome back around ;)

I did a search on that and couldn't come up with too much, do you know what it is?

Hi Candy! :)

We've previously had the opportunity to have a look at that file, and neither examining its contents nor registering it and monitoring what happened produced any useful information.

However, we have seen it in a number of CWS infested logs, and as it doesn't belong to any known/reputable software, it's always safe to nuke it!

Hey, you'll get there before long, I'm sure! :)

It's just that wacko's like Pieter and myself get to see so many of these baddies that many of them are starting to feel like family to us...

I was wondering if somebody could take a look at this HijackThis log and tell me what else, if anything I need to fix?

Nope, this is all we need. Thanks! :)

In Hijack This, check ALL of the following items. Doublecheck so as to be sure not to miss a single one.
Next, close all browser Windows, and have HT fix all checked.

Finally, download Spybot - Search & Destroy

After installing, first press Online, and search for, put a check mark at, and install all updates.

Next, close all Internet Explorer windows, hit 'Check for Problems', and have SpyBot remove/fix all it finds.
