I have downloaded Microsoft Works 2000. I assume that is what it is because it was titled WorksXP, but there is no such thing--so it would be 2000. Anyway when I am in the process of unzipping it, a error message pops up. It reads:
Zip damaged: file C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\OFFICE1.CAB: Bad CRC a58582f5
(should be 36237d65). Possible cause: file transfer error.
Please, please help me. It took me forever to download it. Also I have Windows 98. Thankyou, Please Help

takes forever to download it huh?
be faster to buy it ;), probably work better too

all sorts of works out there:
Works 7.0, Works Suite 2004, Works Suite 2003, Works Suite 2002, Works 6.0

site rules: TSG doesn't do warez, illegal software etc

...and speedy - good idea to NOT post your email addy in forums, nasty vicious little bots tend to crawl around looking for them to add to spam lists

Well your time was wasted and now you don't have Works. Shame on you for downloading it too. I hope you have learned a valuable lesson on downloading illegal programs.

Requested closing the thread because it's against forum rules.
