I'm using a hp 510. Whenever I try to download anything at all online it instantly just says logging off and restarts. I have checked download settings and they are enabled, automatic restart in control panel is turned off. It's gone way beyond annoying now as i'm not able to download a damn thing! Hoping someone has the answer please.

This is now surely a Malware problem

I wanted to avoid that at all costs if possible. It was just wiped and reformatted as it was running at the speed of the dead. It now runs like a dream but i'm screwed with this problem!!

    Try using Kaspersky
Install it from an Offline installer.
    I mean to say ,
Get the setup from a friend
