Hello all, I need help with my computer. I was backing up some files onto a external hard drive. My computer went into it's screen saver after a while. When I returned, I touched the touchpad and the applications boxes were locked. I still had use of the mouse, but nothing would close and even an "Ctrl+Shift+Esc" didnt bring up anything. Everything had downloaded correctly, it was just locked. I turned it off and waited for it to reboot. It rebooted as it normally would, but then a blue screen appeared, it was performing a Crash Dump/Dumping physical memory to disk countdown.

I do not have an internet connection at home, where this happened. I am very careful with not having a ton of things on my computer.

I tried to do a system restore-no luck. I performed a scan with Malwarebytes in Safe Mode it brought up the TrojanDropperwin32-sirefef.B trojan. Malware needed to reboot to remove. My computer restarted but continued to have the same problem.

I downloaded a clean Registry and let it merge. Ran a RKill. I also downloaded and ran SuperAntiSpyware. Still to the same result.

Please, if any of you can help me here. I've tried everything I can to fix this, but sadly, do not have the knowlege/skill to fix this. Thank you for reading this post and very much appreciate the time it has taken to do so.
