Dear Tech.Support!!!

Please let me know what to do...My PC is not starting propoerly, it stops halfway and I have to take the power of and on again several times to boot it...Then when it does start it freezes straight away or after a while...
I have a lot of work on it I am a graphic designer....in between jobs ..tried to back up but it freezes and does not let me to even burn a CD.......

I don't see any malware in your log.

Sorry, but I'm not very good at troubleshooting Windows. Are you getting any error messages?

You might want to try posting this in the Windows NT/2000/XP forum.

Just a thought, though.

Is your computer physically clean?

Is it running hot? Feel the box. If it's hot to the touch, it might just be dirty.

Also, verify that the fan is unobstructed.

You may also take look inside for dust (unplug the power cord first, of course.)
