Hi - I work from home and I am having a huge problem and losing hours working because I can't seem to find out how to fix this - my cpu usage is at 100% - how do I fix it? I've googled until I'm blue in the face and nothing seems to help.

    Please :)

We know nothing about your computer, so please do the following in it:

Download and save the TSG System Information Utility (SysInfo.exe) to the desktop.

After it's been downloaded and saved, double-click it to run it.

Information about your computer will appear.

Return here to your thread, then copy-and-paste the ENTIRE text here.

If it is svchost using 90% - 100% then Windows 7 is searching for the Patch Tuesday updates. One of my four Windows 7 computers does that.
