My log has been viewed about 10 times without comment so I suppose everything is ok. Could somebody comment on the lines beginning with RO and 02 BHO, as these are the items I'm most unsure of and concerned about.

"views" mean little, but for the future it's best to post Scanlogs in the Security forum -- and be patient, some days it can take a few hours to get a response.

You can check these entries, close the browser, and "fix" them:

    R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page = C:\WINDOWS\PCHEALTH\HELPCTR\System\panels\blank.htm
    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {4E7BD74F-2B8D-469E-C0FF-FD60B590A87D} - (no file)
    O3 - Toolbar: (no name) - {4E7BD74F-2B8D-469E-C0FF-FD60B590A87D} - (no file)

... no serious issues there, just a little "house cleaning".
